This Opportunity:
The Comcast Xfinity Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) team is building a next-generation, AI-powered omni-channel campaign framework to drive faster, smarter, and more personalized marketing at scale. The program integrates AI-generated content, automated workflows, and campaign orchestration across Adobe Experience Cloud technologiesβincluding Workfront, AEM, Firefly, and Journey Optimizer.
We are seeking a Technical Integrator to help architect and plan the integrations across this evolving stack. You will play a critical role in identifying where and how systems like Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Journey Optimizer will communicate, with an emphasis on standard (OOTB) integrations, AEM-bridged workflows, Workfront Fusion/APIs, and future-ready data flow design.
This may call for hands on coding at times, and requires strong experience in API-based architecture, platform connectors, and cross-system logic in creative and campaign operations.
In This Role You Will:
Evaluate existing and future Martech systems to determine integration feasibility and best-fit architecture
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and Workfront SMEs to translate workflows into technical connection points
Map data flow requirements between systems like Workfront, AEM, Firefly, Journey Optimizer, and internal ML pipelines
Define integration strategies using OOTB connectors, webhook configurations, or indirect bridging via AEM
Document integration specifications and system interfaces for use by future dev teams
Create a phased integration roadmap with tiered recommendations (Direct / AEM-bridged / Custom-Future)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery across Martech platforms and campaign tooling
Analyze and document integration points, triggers, and data transformations
Identify what can be handled with native Workfront features or Workfront Fusion (low code)
Outline AEMβs role as a bridge between Firefly, Figma, Target, and non-integrated platforms
Develop interface flow diagrams (IFDs), source/target data maps, and event trigger conditions
Collaborate with Workfront Admin to align forms, queues, and metadata with planned integrations
Build a prioritized backlog of Phase 2 custom integrations (e.g., ML model feedback loops, Journey Optimizer activation)
Stay involved in sandbox validation to confirm feasibility of technical assumptions
Ideal Match:
Analytical and detail-oriented with a systems integration mindset
Comfortable planning and documenting integration strategies without needing to code
Skilled in Martech architecture, marketing automation, or platform orchestration
Communicates clearly with both business and technical audiences
Can identify workarounds or staging approaches using existing tool capabilities
Enjoys collaborating in a cross-functional, iterative build environment
Skills and Tools
(Must Have Skills/Tools):
3+ years experience with Martech integration architecture or campaign system design
Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront and its integration options (Fusion, APIs, connectors)
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and asset/content sync workflows
Experience designing integrations across tools like Slack, Figma, Creative Cloud, MS Teams
Ability to develop interface specs, data flow diagrams, and endpoint documentation
(Nice to Have Skills/Tools)
Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Target
Familiarity with AI content tools such as Writer.com or Adobe Firefly
Understanding of Webhooks, API events, and Workfront Fusion scenario design
Knowledge of internal data pipelines or ML scoring model integrations
Familiarity with privacy and data governance in marketing systems
Excellis Interactive is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity, innovation, and collaboration.
