Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead to support and enhance RAPTOR, an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant used by frontline teams to quickly resolve client issues. This role focuses on AI agent improvement, full-stack development, and technical leadership.
You will work closely with business and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and high-quality AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead improvements to the AI agent using AWS Bedrock, focusing on accuracy, performance, and safety
• Guide full-stack development using Python (backend) and Angular / TypeScript (frontend)
• Ensure high-quality code, testing, and system reliability
• Drive integrations with internal tools, APIs, and other systems
• Provide technical guidance, architecture direction, and mentor team members
• Maintain standards for security, monitoring, and operational readiness
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with Angular / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, DynamoDB; Bedrock preferred)
• Background in cloud-native application development
• Experience leading or guiding technical teams
Preferred Skills
• AWS AI Practitioner or similar certification
• Experience with AI/LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with enterprise or financial systems
