Role description
You still love writing code, but you also enjoy leading engineering teams.
Not the hands off, people management, 1-2-1 side of things - rather hands on, code facing and leading by example to juniors/engineers.
You'll work as a Tech Lead for company that have an AI-powered SaaS product that sits in the top three of their industry.
Reporting directly into the CTO, you'll lead this small squad of six and set the example for good standards.
You'll have autonomy in your decision making and be directly accountable for delivery of projects and technical architecture.
You'll be coding in .NET Core, along with SQL and all of the Azure Services.
Experience working Azure DevOps, Kubernetes and Docker is beneficial too. Angular and typescript would be a bonus.
You'll work fully remotely, providing you're achieving the agreed outcomes. Meaning you can literally work from anywhere in the world - a Spanish beach, Bali or even the Nordics.
Day rate up to £700. Fully remote. Six months with very likely extensions.
