Technical Lead

Client: Large Healthcare Client Position: Technical Lead Duration: 6-month rolling contract / long term consultant Location: Remote (West coast client) Preferences Tech Lead: About the Role This role oversees the technical direction of a platform responsible for managing user preferences, such as device registration, communication settings, and language options within a centralized service framework. The platform integrates with enterprise systems to ensure accurate, secure, and personalized communication delivery across digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Lead design and development of scalable software solutions and platform services. • Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to align on technical strategy. • Contribute hands on to backend development, API design, cloud architecture, and integration. • Drive engineering best practices, documentation, performance improvements, and platform reliability. Required Skills • 10+ years of experience with C# / .NET • Experience with Kong API Management (APIM) • Strong AWS Cloud experience • Expertise in API development, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‑native design. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, or event-driven patterns. • Cloud or technical certifications.
