Position: Technical Lead – Digital Enhancements & Operations
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Location: Remote - EST Hours
Pay Rate - $50-65/hr
Must-Have Qualifications
• 8–10+ years in full stack development
• Experience in digital operations/production systems
• 2–4+ years in a tech lead / delivery ownership role
• Strong development expertise:
Strong front-end:
• Angular, React Native, Typescript
Backend:
• Node.js, REST / GraphQL APIs
Cloud:
• AWS or GCP
• Tools
• Jira
• ServiceNow
• Monitoring
• Dynatrace or AWS Cloudwatch
Databases:
• SQL + NoSQL
DevOps:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker
• Terraform / CloudFormation
• AI exposure - GEN AI or Agentic AI(highly preferred)
• Adobe technology stack(highly preferred)
• Previous experience with GSI/Consulting Vendor Teams
Plusses / Nice-to-Haves
• Integrations with Salesforce, Guidewire
Overview
Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to fully own production support + enhancements across the client's core digital platforms (Membership, Insurance, Travel, Rewards, mobile, etc.).
This is a 0→1 ownership role on the operations side — not just building features, but running the environment day-to-day:
• incident + defect management
• backlog + sprint execution
• release readiness
• operational KPIs / scorecard health
They need someone who can operate autonomously, own delivery across internal + vendors, and keep leadership out of the weeds.
Day-to-Day
• Own production support + platform stability end-to-end
• Lead incident + defect management (ServiceNow)
• Manage Jira backlog (prioritization, sprint execution)
• Coordinate across:
• internal dev teams
• SRE / platform teams
• external vendors
• Drive:
• monitoring + alerting improvements
• root cause analysis + prevention
• release readiness + stabilization
• Maintain:
• runbooks
• support documentation
• operating cadences
• Report on:
• KPIs
• system health
• risks + remediation
Compensation:
$50/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
