Role description
Required Qualifications
• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in application development.
• 8+ years of experience with Java and Python development.
• 3+ years of backend service development, including RESTful API design and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (installation, configuration, development, and administration).
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into data pipelines, migrations, automation, and system reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of data streaming, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience developing and supporting Microservices and scalable backend applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, Event Streaming, Logging & Monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery processes.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
