Required Skills & Experience
โข 10+ years in software engineering, with proven technical leadership experience.
โข Strong background in full-stack or front-end heavy environments (Angular preferred).
โข Deep understanding of SDLC, release processes, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
โข Experience leading teams in modern web/AI contextsโfamiliarity with agentic/generative AI a plus.
โข Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
โข Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with people/process leadership.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
โข Prior experience scaling teams in AI-driven projects.
โข Knowledge of .NET/C# ecosystems for oversight.
Job Description
We need a seasoned Technical Lead to guide our growing agentic AI engineering team. This role emphasizes managerial and process leadership over green-field architecture (foundation already in place). Overseeing releases, processes, team velocity, and quality while maintaining technical oversight.
Lead day-to-day engineering activities: sprint planning, code reviews, release management, and SDLC adherence.
Mentor engineers on best practices, troubleshooting, and agentic AI integration.
Own technical direction within established architectureโensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
Manage team deliverables, timelines, and quality gates for agentic AI features.
Provide hands-on guidance when needed (e.g., design decisions, debugging complex issues).
