

Technical Leakage Data Analyst
Technical Leakage Data Analyst/ Technical Leakage Data Analyst - Contract - Rate - Upto £450/Day Outside IR35
Location - Hampshire
Duration - 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Leakage Analysis:
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential revenue leakage points across the business (e.g. pricing errors, billing gaps, discount misuse, contract misalignment).
• Report Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Root Cause Investigation:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to investigate root causes of financial discrepancies and develop actionable recommendations.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, and provide insights into trends, anomalies, and opportunities for recovery or optimization.
• Data Quality Assurance:
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness through validation checks and audit trails.
• Process Improvement:
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current financial processes and recommending data-driven enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years in data analysis, financial analysis, or BI roles—preferably with a focus on financial leakage, revenue assurance, or financial compliance.
• Must have experience in Leakage including Invoice leakage, Revenue leakage, and incompetent billing.
• Strong experience with SSRS and relational databases (SQL Server).
• Strong DATA analysis and excel skills.
• Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Understanding of finance principles, billing systems, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
