Can you hold the room in both the C-suite and the science wing? About the Role We’re hiring a rare hybrid—someone who moves with product instinct and executes with project precision. You’ll work side-by-side with founders, engineers, and scientists to launch a first-of-its-kind trust enforcement platform that safeguards every downstream system. This role is a synthesis of: • Technical Project Management (drive delivery, unblock execution, maintain momentum) • Product Management (translate vision into velocity) • Systems Coordination (align models, pipelines, infrastructure, and interface) You’ll run agile cycles, bridge concept to execution, and keep clarity across every moving layer. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership • Convert vision into specs, flows, and deliverables • Prioritize with precision—what ships now, what iterates later • Own the roadmap cadence from prototype to production Project & Technical Execution • Lead sprints, standups, retros, and pivots • Track what matters: speed, quality, alignment • Remove blockers before they stall momentum System Coordination & Documentation • Maintain crisp documentation across architecture, logic, and flow • Sync model output, data behavior, and user pathways • Own Jira, Linear, Notion—whatever keeps the machine clean Trust Infrastructure Leadership • Understand how raw signals become reliable decisions • Ensure enforcement logic is sharp, causal, and resilient • Translate signal anomalies into code, product, or architecture fixes You’ll Succeed If You Have: • 5+ years in hybrid product/project roles within ML Ops, data platforms, or systems engineering • Experience shipping 0→1 systems in ambiguous, high-velocity environments • Clarity of thought, speed of execution, and structural range • Fluency across data pipelines, model layers, APIs, and UX integration Bonus Points: • Background in ML, statistics, or distributed computing • Built or managed systems with trust scoring, traceability, or anomaly detection • Early-stage team builder who can scale fast, clean, and lean Remote-first.
