Essential • Practical experience with the SITS student record system. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into structured deliverables. • Experience working with development teams to break down and prioritise work. • Confidence in assessing vendor release notes and updates to evaluate impact on existing requirements. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder discussions. • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. • Proficiency with MS Office/365 and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence). Desirable • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI. • Awareness of integration approaches, including APIs and event-driven solutions. • Experience in higher education change or transformation projects. Why Join PACT? • Play a key role on projects, delivering meaningful work where your contributions make an impact. • Gain exposure to a variety of projects across multiple universities. • Opportunity to explore permanent positions as they arise. • Competitive contract rate. • Remote-first approach with minimal on-site expectations. • Inclusive team culture, with opportunities to join social events alongside permanent and contract colleagues.
