Job Description:
This Technical Analyst position supports the Integration Program of acquired business units as part of the Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA workstream.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT and systems integration, with the ability to handle stage-gating artifacts, support project milestones, and contribute to comprehensive program reporting. This role is critical to ensuring smooth integration of OT SCADA systems while meeting all project deliverables on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integration of technology assets: Lead and assist in transitioning newly acquired critical SCADA and OT systems into the company environment.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to collect, document, and analyze requirements; assist with creating project documentation, specifications, and use cases.
• Vendor Onboarding: Support all aspects of vendor onboarding including RFP and SOW creation, response evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Project Milestone Support: Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of milestones; identify and resolve risks and issues while maintaining alignment with business requirements and timelines.
• Technology Support and Testing: Work with IT teams to develop and deliver technology solutions for project requirements; participate in testing activities and assist in OT procedure development.
• Change Management: Track issues, change requests, and deployment timelines; manage change management and production cutover processes.
Criteria & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline
• 7–10 years of proven experience as a Technical Analyst
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Systems Integration Projects/Programs
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with JIRA, Trello, Power BI, or other project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Operational Technology systems (SCADA/HMI/Control) for Gas Pipeline or Gas Utility
• Experience working with Professional Service Companies
