Reltio Techno-Functional Lead – MDM (Informatica / Reltio)

Job Summary:
Role Summary:
Seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with foundational technical knowledge in MDM platforms (Informatica or Reltio) to support implementation of Master Data Management solutions across commercial, clinical, and compliance domains in a biopharma environment. The role bridges business teams and technical stakeholders, ensuring MDM capabilities align with data quality, governance, and DCR (Data Change Request) workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with business units (Commercial, Clinical, Compliance) to document MDM requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand data mastering and consumption patterns.
MDM Process Design & DCR Flow
• Define and optimize DCR workflows, approval hierarchies, SLA tracking, and exception handling.
• Align DCR processes with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., IDMP, GDPR).
Data Quality & Governance
• Identify and address data quality, duplication, and integrity issues.
• Partner with data stewards and governance teams for cleansing and matching strategies.
Technical Collaboration
• Partner with MDM developers and integration teams to validate data models, API mappings, and entity relationships.
• Support UAT and regression testing by defining test cases and validating business logic.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain process flows, use cases, and conceptual data models.
• Provide leadership updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in MDM or enterprise data projects.
• Hands-on exposure to Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks.
• Experience in biopharma, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM.
• Understanding of IDMP, HL7, or other healthcare data standards.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio for documentation.
