This team owns the "Nexus" application which is the primary CRM and data aggregator for the downstream system of record. This individual will be as a hybrid between a Business Analyst and an Analytics Consultant to assist with reporting, engineering, and analytics duties that contribute to the satisfaction of regulatory requirements. Qualifications TOP SKILLS • Capital Markets - Heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs • Robust Understanding of risk concepts • Data Analysis and governance - Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate • Business Analyst Skills - Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories • Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies - (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM) • Ability to write Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's) Required Software • Tableau and/or Dremio experience • Python - prototyping analysis/ development skills • SQL - Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs • JIRA/ Confluence • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint Soft Skills • Robust Communication skills • Self-starter • White glove service provider • Ability to take feedback and open to training Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
