Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) Developer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) development, Java/J2EE, API integrations, CI/CD processes, and production application support. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting digital onboarding and workflow solutions using the Temenos platform.
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) / Temenos Transact platforms
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Groovy
• Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in production support, application maintenance, and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience troubleshooting application and integration issues in production environments
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Temenos Journey Manager (TJM).
• Develop and enhance workflows, forms, and customer journey solutions.
• Build and support API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Develop Java/J2EE and Groovy-based components and customizations.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release activities.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
