Job Summary:
Yondr is a company dedicated to creating phone-free spaces for artists, educators, and organizations. The Temporary Data Specialist will support the Education and Strategic Partnerships teams by validating, cleaning, and reconciling data from multiple sources, and assisting with the implementation of data systems.
Responsibilities:
β’ Verify and reconcile data from various sources including Salesforce, Airtable, Copper and external databases
β’ Execute matching exercises for International and Strategic Partnership data
β’ Assist in migrating historical and active data into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness
β’ Support account, opportunity, and product data cleanup post-migration for all teams
β’ Prepare and format Excel data for import into Salesforce and other systems
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify data definitions, resolve discrepancies, and standardize records.
β’ Assist with QuickBooks cleanup and other finance-related data tasks as needed
β’ Document processes to ensure ongoing data accuracy

β’ Exceptional organization skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
β’ Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning) and experienced in Salesforce data management
β’ Comfortable with Google Workplace tools (Google Sheets, Google Meet, Gmail) and Slack
β’ High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process consistency
β’ Experience working with large datasets and conducting manual and automated data cleanup
β’ Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple time zones
