Role description
We're looking for a Test Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of vehicle testing, data analytics, and AI-driven insights. In this role, you'll support benchmarking and validation activities while transforming complex test data into meaningful information that drives engineering decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who enjoys both hands-on testing and working with data • Sorry, but NO C2C or 3rd PARTY VENDORS ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS ROLE • ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ON OUR W2 with NO restrictions Responsibility • Support vehicle benchmarking, validation, and durability testing activities • Ensure test data is accurate, reliable, and ready for analysis • Develop and maintain data workflows using SQL, Python, and visualization too • Build dashboards and reports that communicate key engineering insights • Leverage AI-powered tools to automate data analysis, trend identification, and reporting • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and data quality. • Integrate external benchmarking data to provide industry and competitive contentions Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Interest in AI, analytics, and emerging technologies. • Familiarity with CANalyzer, CAN tools, or vehicle communication systems is a plus. • Hands-on mindset with a passion for understanding how data connects to real-world testing.
