We are seeking a ThoughtSpot Developer with strong experience in SQL or Oracle databases to join our analytics and BI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building data visualizations and analytics dashboards using ThoughtSpot, along with a solid background in data modeling and SQL-based data preparation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using ThoughtSpot. • Design and optimize search-driven analytics experiences for business users. • Write and tune complex SQL queries to prepare data for reporting and analysis. • Integrate ThoughtSpot with Oracle/SQL-based data sources, ensuring optimal performance. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Build data models and define schemas to enable efficient self-service analytics. • Monitor dashboard performance, manage access, and handle data security as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on ThoughtSpot development experience. • Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) or Oracle Database. • Experience in data modeling, schema design, and ETL processes. • Understanding of BI best practices and data governance principles. • Ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimize dashboard performance. • Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.). • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
