Role description
Ideal Candidate Profile: Must have 7+ years recent experience with Tivoli/Control M or similar workload automation solution that enables you to automate the scheduling and processing of business workflows across various platforms ABOUT THE ROLE: Looking for a batch Jobs operations expert programmer to Conduct thorough analysis of existing job schedules (Tivoli), dependencies, and configurations. Provide ongoing support for monitoring and troubleshooting job failures and performance issues. Job Duties Collaborate with the IT team to implement changes and enhancements to job schedules. Document and maintain standard operating procedures for job scheduling and monitoring. Perform periodic reviews and support audits to ensure compliance with best practices. Leverage experience in DevOps (CI/CD) and infrastructure automation, including automated pipelines, monitoring, and operations. Provide on-call support for critical issues and incidents as needed. Developer with prior Tax experience to work with the online tax team to assist in migrating eForms and WebUpload applications to Angular and Spring boot technology. Deliverables β€’ Documentation of existing job schedules, dependencies, and configurations. β€’ Recommendations for optimizing job schedules and improving overall efficiency. β€’ Standard operating procedures for job scheduling and monitoring. β€’ Incident reports and resolutions for job-related issues. β€’ Training materials for IT staff.
