Role description

β’ 12 month contract with potential extensions
β’ W2 ONLY
β’ $40-45/hr
β’ Remote (EST working hours)
Our transportation/logistics client is seeking a detail oriented TMS Data Integration Analyst to support a large scale TMS implementation and multiple new integration initiatives. This role is heavily focused on UAT testing, system integration validation, and executing detailed test cases across 20β30 distinct integration points. You will work closely with the Development team, the TMS implementation team, and multiple third-party vendors to ensure smooth data flows, accurate system behavior, and successful integrations. Responsibilities include executing UAT, manual, and integration testing; validating end-to-end data flows; ensuring proper functionality between the TMS and third-party systems. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders and senior technical leaders to maintain detailed documentationβincluding test cases, process documentation, mapping documents, and integration workflows. They will track work items and defects in Azure DevOps, and use Excel and Mural for documentation, process mapping, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Experience working with TMS systems
β’ Experience in integration testing and UAT testing within technical or system focused projects.
β’ Strong understanding of logistics, brokerage, or transportation processes.
β’ Ability to validate complex data flows and troubleshoot end to end integration behavior.
β’ Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work item tracking systems.
β’ Strong documentation abilities (Excel, process mapping, requirements tracking).
β’ Hands-on experience working with technical teams (developers, integration teams, QA).
β’ Ability to work independently while collaborating within a broader team.
