Location: Germany, Fort Worth, Virgina, Tacoma, Washington, Anchorage, Alaska, Honolulu, Hawaii
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Travel: 25% +
Pay: $75,000-$170,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
β’ 2-10+ years supporting Military/Special Operations in a field service or a related deployed/operational support role (SOCOM/SOF strongly preferred)
β’ Recent hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven (MSS) required (understanding of Ontology, Workflow, Slate, etc.)
β’ Foundational technical skills in data analysis, systems integration, platform deployment, data pipelines, SQL, Platform deployment, user adoption, and workflow optimization.
β’ Familiarity with intelligence targeting and firing systems and fusing intelligence data
β’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%+)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
β’ Experience with tools such as Gaia (mapping), Maverick, Target Nexus, Target Workbench, AIP, etc.
β’ Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
β’ Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with end users

As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clientβs mission by enabling the successful adoption and utilization of their technology solutions. This position involves working directly with end users to train, mentor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of tools into operational environments for various government customers and end users. Youβll collaborate closely with analysts and technical teams to develop new use cases, resolve technical challenges, and provide actionable feedback for system improvements. These roles are highly interactive and require strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to train and mentor both technical and non-technical users.
Core Responsibilities
β’ Deliver hands-on and classroom training for analysts and operators
β’ Embed with user teams to understand workflows and identify gaps
β’ Assist in building dashboards and guiding users through data-driven solutions
β’ Respond to Help Desk inquiries and escalate issues as needed
β’ Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
β’ Document activities, issues, and resolutions; support system upgrades
β’ Provide detailed feedback to improve system functionality and user experience
β’ Stay current on platform capabilities and best practices
