Transactional Data Coordinator

Position: Transactional Data Coordinator- Onsite Location: 100 N.E. Columbia Blvd Portland OR USA 97211 Duration: 6 Months - 2 years of education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience - 2 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally as: SAP analyst, transactional data coordinator, or manufacturing controller in a food manufacturing environment - Experience in ERP, SAP preferred - Shift: 0715 to 1515 M-F and weekends on demand - Safety Shoes required" Position Overview The SAP / Manufacturing Data Analyst supports plant operations by ensuring accurate transactional data entry, inventory integrity, and system alignment within the ERP system. This role plays a key part in maintaining data accuracy to support production, inventory control, and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile manufacturing transactional data within SAP/ERP systems. Support inventory accuracy through system updates, audits, and cycle count participation. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate material movements and reporting. Monitor and resolve data discrepancies impacting production or inventory. Support manufacturing reporting and compliance requirements. Assist with weekend activities as needed to support business demands. Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years of education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in roles such as: SAP Analyst Transactional Data Coordinator Manufacturing Controller Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred: Experience in food manufacturing environments.
