Description
• Manage transformation spend forecasting, performance tracking cycles, and monthly reporting, including third-party cost reconciliation
• Support the ongoing planning, governance, and performance tracking of the programme business case
• Produce high-quality people data analysis and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain robust financial and cost models to support scenario analysis and decision-making
• Coordinate transformation-related change requests and support resource onboarding processes
• Ensure data governance and compliance when managing people data requests
• Prepare clear, insightful materials for leadership and transformation reviews
Profile
• Highly numerate with strong analytical and Excel modelling capabilities
• Proven ability to interpret complex or incomplete data and translate it into meaningful insights
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and delivering to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across stakeholder groups
• Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
