Role description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in TypeScript, Node.js for REST API development, and React for frontend development, Java Spring Boot experience is nice to have. This role involves designing and coding high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving dependencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
β’ Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Angular/React, and AWS serverless technologies. Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integration. Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular or React.
β’ AWS Serverless Stack: Utilize AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other serverless services to build and deploy applications.
β’ Data: Lead design and optimization of scalable, high-performance data solutions leveraging Amazon Aurora Postgres
β’ Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality code.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Identify and resolve technical dependencies and blockers to ensure smooth project progress.
Must Haves
β’ Technical Skills:
β’ Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js for REST API development.
β’ Experience with React for frontend development,
β’ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
β’ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
β’ Experience with AWS cloud-native development, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDb, Aurora Postgres
