Location: This position is remote. Responsibilities: • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex UiPath Automation solution across our end client's Customer Service operations, integrating with Oracle C2M v2.9 modules. • Serve as the primary SME bridging business requirements and technical design, providing guidance on automation feasibility, best practices and process optimization. • Drive End-to-End RPA Lifecycle Management, including solution design, development, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Define and enforce RPA coding standards, and documentation practices to ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions. • Mentor and guide junior developers and automation team, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption of advanced UiPath features and framework. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, IT) to identify high-impact automation opportunities and create business case for RPA initiatives. • Ensure seamless integration with Oracle C2M v2.9 including process automation, data validation, reporting, and exception handling. • Monitor bot performance and implement robust exception handling, logging and security measures. • Stay current with UiPath innovations, trends, and utilities domain best practices to proactively recommend automation enhancements. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in UiPath development and automation, specifically with Oracle C2M 2.6 and above. • Proven experience in Utilities Sector processes, such as meter-to-cash, billing, and asset management. • Proven experience with Automation of Oracle To-dos. • Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, XAI, SOAP/REST integrations. • Strong command of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and advanced activities for complex automations • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, design patterns, and reusable component creation. • Experience mentoring teams and managing cross-functional RPA projects.
