Uipath Tech Lead

Role: UiPath Tech Lead Location: Dayton, OH (Onsite) Duration: Contract (Independent candidate only) Skills: • Possess complete skill set and development capabilities of Automation developers – in UiPath RPA platform • Have experience with GenAI based solutioning and hands-on implementation is preferred. • Perform solution design review, implementing coding standard and ensuring it’s implemented in SDLC phase (Iteration or Agile) • Prepares design documents and works closely with Architect and SMEs • Assists development in providing requirements assessment and providing effort estimation • Assist team in test case preparation and perform SIT, and coordinate for UAT execution and supports business users Development skills • Experience in Automation implementation life cycle (SDLC). • Have in-depth development experience on UiPath Studio and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities • Have in-depth hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator and related settings. Good experience with UiPath Cloud Orchestrator and features • Should have hands on development experience in "UiPath - Orchestrator &RE Framework • Good knowledge with UiPath features such as Queues, Triggers, Assets, Modern Design, Exception Handling, Queue Retry, Storage buckets etc. • Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment, ideally in UiPath (and/or one of following technologies Automation Anywhere / Power Automate / Blue Prism etc.) • Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE. Experience in Microsoft tech stack is highly preferred. • Develop Proof of Concept (POCs) using leading RPA tools and establishing proof of technology • Creates Unit and integration test cases and executes the testing • Supports business users in executing UAT (i.e., running BOTs, sharing results and defect fixes) • Exposure to NLP/OCR/AI integration into RPA platform is desired • Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and recommend Automation solutions • Provide business case justification for RPA and establish proof of value to the client • Experience in writing SQL statements, DML statements (Insert / Delete / Update) Exposure and hands-on experience with latest UiPath feature such as below, (minimum 2 from below is mandatory) • UiPath Test Suite, • Document Understanding, • Communication Mining, • UiPath Apps, • Action Center • Agentic automation etc. UiPath Certification in any one of the below is recommended • UiPath Automation Developer Associate • UiPath Automation Developer Professional • UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional • UiPath Specialized AI Associate Exam • UiPath Test Automation Engineer Professional Thank you Praveen praveen.s@themesoft.com
