We are looking for an experienced Uniphore Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support AI-powered conversational automation solutions using the Uniphore platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Uniphore products, voice AI, conversational AI, integrations, and enterprise contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using the Uniphore platform.
Configure and customize Uniphore applications based on business requirements.
Develop conversational AI workflows, virtual assistants, and voice automation solutions.
Build and consume REST APIs for system integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Stay updated with new Uniphore platform capabilities and AI technologies.
