About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit4 Business Analyst to support the ongoing implementation, optimization, and support of our Unit4 ERP system. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional solutions within the Unit4 platform. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Unit4 ERP modules such as Financials, HR, Payroll, Projects, and Procurement. Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements using Unit4 functionality. Assist in the configuration and testing of Unit4 ERP modules to ensure they meet business requirements. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, data migration, and integration efforts. Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Support end-user training and create documentation (user guides, SOPs, FAQs). Participate in system testing, including UAT planning, coordination, and issue resolution. Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization. Monitor system performance and usage to identify opportunities for enhancement. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Unit4 ERP (formerly Agresso). Strong understanding of core Unit4 modules such as Financial Management, Project Management, Procurement, and HR/Payroll. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Ability to configure and support Unit4 ERP modules or work with technical teams to do so. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote
