A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a strategic and process-driven Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist to join our Bid Management Proposal Team. This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of the proposal cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. How You'll Make An Impact (responsibilities) • Lead, implement, and support digital transformation initiatives within the bid management function and collaborate with the operational excellence team to drive larger initiatives. • Analyze current bid and proposal workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort. • Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and tools to support bid tracking and performance metrics. • Collaborate with proposal managers, operations, sales, operational excellence, and IT teams to align process improvements with business needs. • Document and standardize proposal processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer requirements. • Train team members on new tools, systems, and process changes. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend adjustments as needed. What You Bring (requirements) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred • 3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization or operations support. Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms preferred • Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows, etc...). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred).
