Role description
Role: UX Engineer
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Job Type: 12 months contract
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain web applications using Django/Flask framework.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
· Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
· Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive
· Work on producing user-friendly software by bug fixing and improving application performance and design
· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
· Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality code culture.
Requirements:
· BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field with at least 2 years of experience
· Proven experience on front end development and dynamic content creation
· In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
· Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
· Must be experienced in python programming
· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
· Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Snowflake, databricks, etc. is a plus.
· Excellent analytical and time management skills
· Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
