Role description
We're seeking a Senior UX Software Engineer to help modernize enterprise marketing and digital experiences. In this role, you'll build intuitive, user-focused web applications using Vue.js and Laravel, while partnering with UX designers and development teams to deliver accessible, high-performing solutions that enhance the customer experience. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP). • Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components that deliver exceptional user experiences. • Support the modernization of enterprise marketing applications and migration to an in-house CMS platform. • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions. • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and maintainability. • Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices. • Leverage cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and automation to improve engineering efficiency. What You'll Bring • 5+ years of experience developing modern web applications. • Strong experience with Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP). • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development. • Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). • Familiarity with AWS and containerized environments such as Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG). • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot. • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web performance, and modern front-end architecture. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working closely with UX designers or on a UX-focused development team. • Knowledge of web analytics, SEO/Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and test automation. • Experience modernizing legacy web applications and content management systems.
