Job Title: Data Analytics & Visualization Specialist Location : Basking ridge, NJ OR Irving, TX – Work from office (Hybrid - 3 days onsite in a week) Duration : Longterm Contract Job Description – Data Analytics & Visualization Specialist ((tableau + SQL + Big Query + GIS)) About the Role We are looking for a Data Analytics & Visualization Specialist with strong expertise in Tableau, geospatial analytics. In this role, you will leverage spatial data to build insightful dashboards, interactive maps, and advanced geospatial visualizations that inform business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smarter decision-making around location, markets, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities β€’ Data Visualization & BI β€’ Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that present KPIs, trends, and spatial insights. β€’ Build map-based visualizations and integrate spatial datasets to uncover geographic trends. β€’ Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and storytelling. β€’ Geospatial Analytics β€’ Conduct spatial data analysis (territory planning, site selection, market expansion, logistics optimization). β€’ Integrate and manage geospatial datasets (e.g., shapefiles, geoJSON, lat/long data). β€’ Apply GIS and spatial modeling techniques to generate actionable insights. β€’ Collaboration & Delivery β€’ Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven visual solutions. β€’ Work with data engineers to prepare, clean, and optimize spatial and tabular data. β€’ Deliver presentations and insights to business leaders in clear, compelling ways. β€’ Best Practices & Governance β€’ Establish visualization standards, templates, and storytelling guidelines. β€’ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security in handling spatial and business data.
