About The Role Our client, a global insurance leader, is seeking an accomplished VP Data Products (Reporting & Analytics) to drive enterprise-wide Data-as-a-Product strategy. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape how data is leveraged across the organization for insight-driven decisions and innovation. < data-start="837" data-end="866">Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap across functions. • Lead design, delivery, and adoption of enterprise data products and analytics. • Partner closely with business leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes. • Champion data quality, governance, and security standards. • Act as Product Owner for the Data Engineering and Reporting teams. • Oversee implementation of leading analytics tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos). • Mentor and inspire a diverse, high-performing team culture focused on excellence and innovation. < data-start="1463" data-end="1486">Qualifications • 12 14 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence (3+ years in leadership). • Expertise in data visualization, data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks). • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. • Insurance or financial services domain experience highly desirable. • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. • Agile Product Owner certification preferred. < data-start="2041" data-end="2059">Why Join?
