Required Qualifications
• 3-6 years in BI, reporting, or analytics
• Strong experience with:
• Power BI (required)
• MS SQL (Experience with full relational databases, EHR preferred)
• Data modeling basics (fact/dimension, relationships)
• DAX and Power Query
• Ability to work with imperfect, real-world data
• Proven ability to work independently in a lean team environment
• Strong communication skills—you can explain numbers to non-technical users
• Curiosity and ownership—you don’t just build reports, you improve them
Nice to have:
• Experience in healthcare, social services, or nonprofit environments
• Python (Requests, Pandas)
