W2 Role: Data Analyst (with IVR and Chatbot Exp) Job Duration: Till EOY w/ possibility to extend Interview Process: 1 and done 45 min Webex interview and a following tech assessment (excel) - 24/36 hours - interviews will be Tuesday and Wednesday Interview Times: 10:30 6/24 or 11:00 6/25 Location: 8333 Forest Point Blvd Charlotte NC 28273 Need IVR and chatbot exp within Telecom industry Project Details: • Position will be supporting the Conversational IVR/Chatbot initiative. Must Have Skills: • Experience supporting projects/analyzing data related to an IVR or Chatbot. • Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization. • Proven experience tracking data sources, pulling relevant data needed, and building dashboards/reports to tell the story of the data captured. • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software. • SQL experience as well as Python Programming Language (Pandas). • Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential.
