Role description
What You’ll Do β€’ Performance Monitoring & Insights: Own the end-to-end monitoring of traffic, conversions, and page-level performance for campaigns and launches. You won’t just report numbers; you will create a regular cadence for sharing actionable insights that move the needle. This includes building comprehensive dashboards to track the direct impact of major marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring stakeholders understand how our web strategy drives business results. β€’ Strategic Consultation: Act as a consultant for new webpage project requests. You will actively identify improvement opportunities and work with web production, SEO/GEO, UX, and development teams to ensure every new project is built for measurement from day one. β€’ Data Storytelling: Create and maintain high-fidelity Adobe Analytics dashboards. You will translate technical metrics into compelling narratives for leadership, making the "what" and "why" clear for non-technical stakeholders. β€’ UX & Behavioral Analysis: Partner with our UX team to merge qualitative feedback (surveys, heatmaps) with quantitative analytics to identify user friction and propose data-backed solutions. β€’ Operational Excellence: Build and scale an organization-wide reporting function. You will establish recurring, self-serve, and campaign-specific reporting processes to empower teams across Client’s. β€’ Agile Project Management: Partner with our program manager and use Jira to track analytics requests and manage your workflow in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Requirements β€’ 4-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data science (ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment). β€’ Adobe Analytics mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, Reports & Analytics, and Report Builder). β€’ You should be comfortable building complex segments, calculated metrics, and fallout visualizations. β€’ Ability to communicate clearly: A proven ability to take large datasets and turn them into a simplified story that leadership can act on. Education: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). β€’ Adaptability: A genuine excitement for moving fast and navigating ambiguity. β€’ You thrive in environments with changing priorities and enjoy the challenge of a "high-growth" pace. Self sufficiency: Proven track record of working independently as an individual contributor. β€’ You are comfortable 'owning the room' when presenting data and can drive projects from ideation to completion with minimal oversight. β€’ Bonus Points Behavioral tools: Experience with behavioral analytics platforms such as ContentSquare, Quantum Metric, Amplitude, or FullStory. β€’ Project management: Hands-on experience using Jira for task tracking and agile workflows.
