Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Web Analytics Developer / Digital Analytics Lead to oversee and drive digital analytics strategy for an insurance organization. This senior-level role will manage web analytics, tag management, and data visualization initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex digital data into actionable business insights that improve customer experience and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analytics Strategy & Leadership
β’ Define and lead the overall digital analytics strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives
β’ Implement and optimize Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe Analytics frameworks
β’ Drive data-informed decisions to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
1. Tag Management & Tracking Implementation
β’ Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations
β’ Ensure accurate tracking of website events, user journeys, and campaign performance
β’ Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, tag firing issues, and data collection gaps
β’ Partner with development teams for implementation and QA validation
1. Data Analysis & Insights Generation
β’ Analyze multi-channel traffic data across web and campaign platforms
β’ Identify behavioral trends, conversion bottlenecks, and performance gaps
β’ Deliver insights to improve KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and quote-to-policy ratios
1. Reporting & Dashboard Development
β’ Build and maintain executive-level dashboards using Looker Studio
β’ Create automated reports highlighting digital KPIs and campaign effectiveness
β’ Present findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership
1. Continuous Optimization & Testing
β’ Support A/B testing initiatives and CRO strategies
β’ Recommend enhancements to digital customer journeys
β’ Collaborate with UX, Marketing, and Product teams for data-driven improvements
1. Stakeholder Collaboration
β’ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Product, and UX teams
β’ Translate technical analytics findings into actionable business recommendations
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert for digital analytics platforms

β’ 6β10+ years of hands-on experience in digital/web analytics
β’ Strong expertise in GA4 and Adobe Analytics
β’ Experience analyzing large-scale website and campaign datasets
Technical Proficiency
β’ Advanced experience with:

β’ Looker Studio (dashboard & reporting creation)
