Job Title: Wireless Data Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite) Job Description Technical Skills & Tools β€’ Experience with databases like Databricks β€’ Proficiency with reporting tools such as Grafana, Tableau, Carto β€’ Scripting with Python β€’ Strong experience in running customer trials for new products/services β€’ Familiarity with LTE and 5G wireless networks β€’ Familiarity with Android device services like Google Firebase Data Analysis & Reporting β€’ Normalize data for multiple factors when drawing insights β€’ Analyze performance data to identify root causes for connectivity issues experienced by mobile device users β€’ Generate regular reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders β€’ Gather data from selected systems in multiple formats β€’ Review data for accuracy, completeness, inconsistencies, and anomalies β€’ Clean data to remove duplicates and correct errors β€’ Standardize data formats for consistency β€’ Create interactive and intuitive visualizations using modern tools Troubleshooting & Support β€’ Troubleshoot and triage issues related to devices/networks β€’ Provide trial and post-production support for identified issues Communication & Collaboration β€’ Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences
