Job Location:- Sunnyvale, CA or Bellevue, WA
Remote or On Site:- Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Must have skill sets:- Hands-on with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs) and has experience using Workato (or similar iPaaS tools) to automate and orchestrate workflows across HR and enterprise systems.

Integrations Engineer People Systems
As the Integrations Engineer for People Systems, you will design, build, and support integrations that connect our HR stack to broader enterprise systems. Youโll work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and bene๏ฌts.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and other internal systems
โ Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Cloud Connectors (CCW/CCB), and Workday RaaS (Report as a Service) and Workato
โ Drive automation of people work๏ฌows such as onboarding, access provisioning, and employee data synchronization
โ Expertly map, transform, and validate complex HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance during data transfers across all integrated systems.
โ Partner with IT and Security to ensure reliable identity and access management integrations via Okta
โ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design integration logic, and implement secure, scalable solutions
โ Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs, ensuring data integrity and timely processing
โ Maintain documentation, support SLAs, and champion best practices for integration lifecycle management
Key Quali๏ฌcations:
โ 3โ7 years of experience with enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
โ Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs
โ Proven experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta
โ Hands-on knowledge of Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms
โ Strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, bene๏ฌts, onboarding, and compliance
โ Familiarity with data formats and protocols such as XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP
โ Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Quali๏ฌcations:
โ Experience automating work๏ฌows across HR, IT, and Security team
โ Exposure to additional enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP platforms)
โ Familiarity with GenAI technologies and automation augmentation
โ Background in high-growth or cloud-native organizations
