Job Title: Workbrain Developer Location: Remote Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Workbrain Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of Workbrain (Infor WFM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuring and customizing Workbrain modules and a strong understanding of workforce management systems and time & attendance processes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and customize Workbrain modules, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Forecasting. • Build and maintain interfaces between Workbrain and other enterprise systems (e.g., HRMS, Payroll). • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction. • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. • Participate in upgrades, patching, and deployment activities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience working with Workbrain (Infor WFM) platform. • Strong knowledge of Workbrain architecture, rules, policies, and configuration tools. • Experience with Java, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, or similar technologies used in Workbrain development. • Familiarity with workforce management processes (e.g., Timekeeping, Scheduling, Compliance). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience integrating Workbrain with SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or other payroll systems. • Prior experience in retail, healthcare, or manufacturing environments. • Experience with Infor WFM v8 or later is a plus.
