Job Title: Workbrain Developer
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workbrain Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of Workbrain (Infor WFM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuring and customizing Workbrain modules and a strong understanding of workforce management systems and time & attendance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop, configure, and customize Workbrain modules, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Forecasting.
β’ Build and maintain interfaces between Workbrain and other enterprise systems (e.g., HRMS, Payroll).
β’ Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
β’ Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
β’ Participate in upgrades, patching, and deployment activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ 4+ years of experience working with Workbrain (Infor WFM) platform.
β’ Strong knowledge of Workbrain architecture, rules, policies, and configuration tools.
β’ Experience with Java, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, or similar technologies used in Workbrain development.
β’ Familiarity with workforce management processes (e.g., Timekeeping, Scheduling, Compliance).
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience integrating Workbrain with SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or other payroll systems.
β’ Prior experience in retail, healthcare, or manufacturing environments.
β’ Experience with Infor WFM v8 or later is a plus.
