Role Overvie
wThe Workplace Strategy Data Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing workplace data and reporting solutions that support strategic real estate and workplace decisions. The role combines dashboard development, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities to deliver meaningful insights to senior leadership and operational teams
.
Key Responsibiliti
• esManage, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, including monthly data refreshes that consolidate information from multiple data source
• s.Act as the primary point of contact for dashboard-related queries, data requests, and reporting requirement
• s.Analyse workplace, occupancy, utilisation, and attendance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvemen
• t.Produce regular reports and presentations that communicate KPIs and business insights to senior leadership team
• s.Develop presentation materials, including steering group updates and regional reporting packs, to support estate and workplace strategy decision
• s.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholder
• s.Support data governance initiatives by working closely with Workplace Services and other teams to improve data quality, consistency, and reliabilit
• y.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of reporting solutions, incorporating new data sources and evolving business requirement
