ACBS Developer

Day rate: £400 - £500 Location: London x2 per week Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain solutions within FIS ACBS • Customize and enhance ACBS Loan IQ / ACBS core modules (depending on platform scope) • Develop and support Java / J2EE-based ACBS components • Build and maintain interfaces between ACBS and upstream/downstream systems • Perform batch processing, reporting, and data extraction activities • Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and platform migrations • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives • Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with FIS ACBS • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, and related frameworks • Experience with SQL, Oracle, or DB2 databases • Knowledge of ACBS APIs, batch jobs, and reporting tools • Experience with Unix/Linux environments • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MQ) • Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
