Role Description
This is a full-time/ contract Remote role for an Accela Script Developer The Accela Script Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom scripts and applications for the Accela Civic Platform. Daily tasks include scripting, debugging, testing, and documentation. The developer will work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and create solutions that improve business processes.
Qualifications
• Experience with Accela Civic Platform, including scripting and configuration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, VBScript, and other scripting languages
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience in software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in a government or public sector environment is a plus
