Key Responsibilities:

• Create Lucidchart layouts where gaps exist and work with Local teams to ensure they are continually updated.
• Support small-scale tests and pilots (e.g., multi-bin) to drive new insights and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities for capital investments to enhance site efficiencies and boost revenue.
Equipment Management (50% of time):
• Manage ordering and installation of new storage equipment, coordinating closely with Local Operations.
• Track equipment budgets, support forecasting, and escalate issues related to power constraints.
• Coordinate power upgrades with Local Ops to ensure timely solutions that unlock new equipment use.
• Maintain a catalog of all improvements, tracking power capacity and investments over time.
Data Management (20% of time):
• Conduct multi-week data uploads for capacity dashboards, including equipment and SKU data.
• Maintain and update revenue per square foot dashboards, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
• Regularly audit capacity data to ensure accuracy and work with Local Ops to integrate observations into datasets.
• Document all dashboards, uploads, and tools to ensure clarity and usability.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; comfortable with large datasets and complex formulas.
• Experience with project management and clear communication, especially in cross-functional environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required.
Additional Information:
• Work Schedule: Standard business hours, flexible remote setup.
• Laptop Provided.
• Opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.
Benefits that Russell Tobin offers:
Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
