β’ Support and enhance a legacy MS Access/VBA system used in benefits administration
β’ Handle sensitive backend data, ensuring accuracy and security
β’ Leverage SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS to deliver high-quality solutions
β’ Participate in an agile environment to review requirements, write efficient code, and contribute to team goals
β’ Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to solve real-world insurance challenges
β’ Troubleshoot production issues and maintain documentation for future reference
