• 4–10 yrs experience in Banking/Payments
• Strong hands-on with ACI MTS & Platform Manager
• Experience with SWIFT MT, CHIPS ISO, FED ISO20022
• Skills in Java, COBOL, XML/XSLT/XSD, SQL, IBM MQ
• Experience with Git, Linux/Unix, and production support
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
Nice to Have: REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, Microservices, CI/CD
