β’ Client Job Description
This person will support our client's US Digital Insights and Analytics function, focusing on digital marketing analytics and strategy. This person will collaborate with Brand and Multichannel Excellence teams to understand key business needs, work with internal teams to define digital measurement needs and standards, and analyze Adobe Analytics data to assess promotional effectiveness, support digital optimization efforts (primarily website), and socialize data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders. This person will also complete additional ad hoc analyses as needed by the business.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay: $70 - $75/hr W2
Responsibilities include:
β’ Leveraging Adobe Analytics to deliver actionable and comprehensive insights designed to enable strategy and marketing decisions
β’ Delivering deep-dive insights deliverables, regular performance updates, and ad hoc analyses as required by the US MCE and Marketing
β’ Partner with website operations teams to help define digital/website measurement strategy
β’ Build and Maintain behavioral audience segments within Adobe Analytics
Experience Required:
β’ At least five years of experience working in a digital marketing analytics function
β’ Depth of experience with the Adobe Marketing Suite
β’ Biotech/pharma experience helpful
β’ Knowledge of and proficiency with digital marketing channels outside of website (e.g. social, search, paid media)
β’ Driven, highly self-motivated, confident, high-energy, and bright individual with high intellectual curiosity
β’ Strong analytical and quantitative skill set
β’ Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to derive insight and recommendations from data
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Close attention to detail
β’ Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
