Position Summary
The Adobe Data Architect provides a key technical and strategic role in the enablement of Adobe data and marketing technology. This person will leverage technical expertise and platform knowledge to enable Adobe Experience Platform and associated applications, ultimately aiding in meeting and exceeding our clients' goals.
Responsibilities
Establishing, and supporting the implementation of, a robust and actionable architecture that will effectively map all necessary data and platforms into a scalable solution according to business priorities.
Ensuring the accuracy & timeliness of all deliverables as per expectation.
Supporting the client teams to delivery of successful implementations using necessary planning and delivery framework.
Presenting recommendations to project teams professionally, distilling highly technical concepts into stakeholder appropriate terms.
Gathering and reviewing requirements, providing necessary feedback and thought leadership to help shape the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
Supporting client engagements and internal teams from a data and technical perspective.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
12+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Snowflake, MarTech, and CDP
Deep expertise in Snowflake cloud data platform, including data modeling, optimization, and management for data warehousing
Strong understanding of marketing technologies, customer data platforms, and their data integration needs
Proficiency in designing scalable data architectures, database design, and data warehousing solutions
Advanced SQL skills, along with knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with Snowflake
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices in data warehousing and marketing
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and performance tuning skills for large-scale marketing data environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, IT, and data science teams
Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake SnowPro, CDP, cloud platform certifications) are highly desirable
Design and configure data schemas in AEP using the Experience Data Model (XDM).
Guide development teams with hands-on technical expertise and ensure best practices in implementation, code quality, and performance tuning. Create, own, and maintain technical documentation including enterprise architecture (EATSD), system runbooks, and integration blueprints.
Enable real-time decisioning and omni-channel personalization strategies using RTCDP capabilities.
