Role description

Description: The client, are seeking to onboard a Software Engineer III and Solution Architect III to support the development of a Workforce Management Wizard. This wizard will automate and streamline the personnel hiring process through a smart form workflow built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

   • Continue or re-design a foundational solution for hiring workflows in Adobe Experience Manager Forms.

   • Build and implement a multi-step approval workflow, dynamic dashboards, and validated forms to eliminate manual entry errors and rework.

   • Following the successful launch of the first business case, four additional workflows must be developed using the same framework.

   • The key personnel may either complete the existing AEM-based implementation or propose an alternative solution if better suited.

   • Creates and designs new software by analyzing, testing, assessing and implementing programming applications. Supports and installs applications and operating system. Assists in the testing process by conducting reviews and analyses, witnessing tests and participating in software certification.

   • Relies on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions. Advanced levels: Creates and designs new software by analyzing, testing, assessing and implementing programming applications. Supports and installs applications and operating system.

   • Assists in the testing process by conducting reviews and analyses, witnessing tests and participating in software certification. Relies on extensive knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals. May offer consultation to senior leadership and is considered to be the top-level in this field. Usually reports to an executive. Manages others. Significant ingenuity and flexibility is expected. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area
