Intelex QMS Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Intelex QMS Developer with at least 10 years of experience in configuring, customizing, and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly within the Intelex platform. This role requires strong expertise in EHS and Quality modules, ability to create technical/functional documentation, and strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize software solutions on the Intelex platform, focusing on QMS and EHS applications.
• Develop dashboards, perform enhancements, reassign tasks, and ensure optimal configuration of modules.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide documentation, including system design, use cases, user guides, and change logs.
• Support system testing, deployment, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
• Ensure seamless integration across different QMS and EHS modules.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to independently manage and deliver configurations/enhancements.
• Experience with dashboard creation and task automation within the Intelex platform is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in QMS/EHS platforms or related technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with integration tools and API connectivity for QMS systems.
