Salary: $47.50 to $55.00 hourly Description We are looking for a skilled ADP Data Extraction Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on extracting and transforming HR and payroll data from ADP systems and ensuring seamless integration with Workday. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your scripting expertise while collaborating with HR and IT teams to optimize data processes. Responsibilities • Extract and transform HR and payroll data from ADP systems for integration into Workday. • Develop and maintain scripts using tools like Python or PowerShell to automate manual workflows and repetitive tasks. • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of data throughout the extraction and integration processes. • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address data reporting needs and support system integrations. • Troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions to optimize system performance. • Create and manage documentation related to data workflows, processes, and scripts. • Support ongoing enhancements to Workday integrations by analyzing and refining data processes. • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for better efficiency. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration or data analysis. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. • Strong knowledge of ADP systems and data structures. • Experience with Workday and Workday HRIS integrations. • Familiarity with configuration management and database administration tools. • Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL for data manipulation and analysis. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
